Established in 1920, Holman's is Whitby's Oldest Independent Bookshop.

We are a local, family run business and pride ourselves on our friendly, helpful service.

Holman's Bookshop is situated on Skinner Street on Whitby's West Cliff. Spread over three floors it offers newspapers, stationery, jigsaws, greetings cards, books, toys and gifts to both local and visiting customers. A Grade II listed building built in 1768, Holman's has been serving Whitby for over 100 years and still retains it's Olde World charm.
